【摘要】 本文旨在观察抗精子抗体对精子顶体酶活性的影响。选择男性不育者50例与正常生育者20例，采用固相酶染色法测抗精子抗体，以固定明胶薄膜法测精子顶体酶活性。结果发现50例不育者抗精子抗体阳性率为52％。不育者精子顶体酶活性明显低于生育者；抗精子抗体阳性者须体酶活性明显低于阴性者，表明抗精子抗体可降低精子顶体酶活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of antisperm antibody on human acrosin,we selected 50 cases of unexplained infertility(52% with sperm antibody) and 20 cases of fertile volunteers, using the fixed gelatin membrane method to detect the acrosin activity. Acrosin activity of infertility was lower than that of fertile cases and antisperm antibody could significantly reduce human acrosin activity. Antisperm antibody could affect acrosin activity.更多还原
