【Abstract】 To realize the fundamental self- sufficient in grain will remain a strategic task laid ahead in Qinghai for long time. From the current situation of development of agriculture and agricultural economy in Qinghai, the sustainable development and movement of the agriculture for next 15 years were more thoroughiyanalysed and went into. We hold that there are a lot of the advantagous factors to develop the agricultural production and economy. It is the reliable guarantee realizing the goals of "The Ninth Five- Year Plan"and 2010 year long range plan of development to grasp the market-economic laws, deepen the village’s reform and hold the opportunity of the national strate on developing the middle and western regions.更多还原
