牛红细胞铜锌超氧化物歧化酶的循环伏安法研究
THE STUDY ON THE CYCLIC VOLTAMMETRY OF SUPEROXIDE DISTUMASE OF BOVINE ERYTHROCYTES
【摘要】 应用悬汞电极和金属铂电极测试了牛红细胞Cu2Zn2SOD分别在PH7.0的0.05mol/L硫酸钠溶液及pH7.26的0.1mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液中的氧化还原电位,发现-0.016V(vs.NHE)处有一还原峰,+0.705V(VS.NHE)处有一氧化峰,并对其进行讨论.
【Abstract】 he cyclic voltammetry is used to measure the redox potential of superoxide dismutase of bovine erythrocytes with the platinum electrode and handing mercury drop electrode (HMDE) when dissolved in Na2SO4 solution (pH7. 0, 0. 05mol/L) and phosphatebuffer (pH7. 26, 0. 1mol/L). Two potentials have been discovered at - 0. 016V(vs. NHE)and +0. 705V (vs. NHE), and the result is discussed.
