【摘要】 用邹云翔教授经验方制剂健肾片治疗慢性肾炎脾肾气虚证９６例，近期总有效率８６．４８％，明显高于肾炎四味片对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），扩大临床验证也得到证实。以嘌呤霉素制作大鼠氨基核苷肾病动物模型，用系列生化指标结合中医气虚证病理特点进行论证，结果表明该模型符合微小病变型肾病气虚证模型要求，健肾片对该模型具有显著改善尿蛋白和各项生化指标、以及促使肾脏病理好转的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, clinical and experimental studies of the spleen and kidney qi-deficiency syndrome commonly seen in chronic nephritis are introduced systematically. Prof. Zhou Yunxiang’s experienced prescriptions were applied to treat 96 cases. The total short term effective rate was 86.48%, significantly higher than that of the control group treated with Nephritis-four-herb Pills (shen yan si wei pian). More clinical treatments confirmed this result. Animal model with minute lesion type of qi-deficiency syndrome of nephrosis was constructed by the administration of puromycin in rats. A series of biochemical data as well as pathological features of qi-deficiency syndrome in Chinese medical theory were used to expound and prove the model. The results indicated that the model met the requirements of minute lesion type of qi-deficiency syndrome of nephrosis. Kidney Strengthening Pills (jian shen pian) could significantly improve urinary protein, various biochemical data and pathological conditions of the kidney.更多还原
