【摘要】 目的：探讨椎基底动脉血流速度改变与脑缺血病的关系。方法：对１６２例老年人颅内动脉及椎基底动脉血流速度进行经颅多普勒超声检测分析。结果与结论：椎基底动脉血流速度随年龄增长而降低，Ｐ＜０．０５。颅内外动脉血流速度的变化中，椎基底动脉血流速度降低较明显，Ｐ＜０．０１，椎－基底动脉供血不足与脑梗塞发病率呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inquire into the relation between the change in velocity of blood flow in vertebrobasilar artery and cerebral infarction in the aged.Method:The velocity of blood flow in vertebrobasilar artery was detected by transcranial doppler ultrasounic examination in 162 aged patients with cerebral infarction.Result and Conclusion:Along with aging,the blood flow velocity in vertebrobasilar artery declined (P<0.05) and the decline was more obvions in comparison with that in other intra- and extracranial arteries(P<0.01).There is a positive correlation between the incidence of cerebral infarction and ischemia of vertebrobasilar artery.更多还原
