维生素E和汉防己甲素防治肝纤维化的实验研究
An Experimental Research of Antifibrotic Effect of α-Tocopheral and Tetrandrine in Rat Liver
【摘要】 目的:研究维生素E和汉防己甲素(Tet)联用防治大鼠肝纤维化的效应。方法:检测血清AST、血清和肝组织LN、HA、MDA的变化,应用光镜、电镜观察组织学变化,用免疫组化法观察LN、I型胶原在肝内分布情况。结果:治疗组上述指标显著下降,组织学示该组肝纤维化明显受抑。结论:Tet、VitE能保护肝组织细胞,防治肝纤维化的形成,两者有协同作用。
【Abstract】 bjective:To assess the antifibrotic effect of α-tocopherol(VitE) and tetrandrine(tet) on fibrogenesis in rat liver.Method:The levels of serum aspartate transaminase(AST),and of laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA),malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum and liver homogenate were detected,and the distribution of LN and type Ⅰ proeollagen in liver tissue was studied immunohistochemically.A microscopic and electron microscopic study of histological changes in rat liver was performed.Result:The levels of the abovementioned indexes rose obviously in the treated group.The histological study showed a remarkable inhibition of the progression of hepatic fibrosis.Conclusion:Tet in combination with VitE protects hepatocytes from injury and benefits the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
