对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯的免疫药理研究
Immunopharmacologic Study of Ethyl Pmethoxycinnamate
【摘要】 目的:对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯(EMC)的免疫药理研究。方法:通过3H-TdR掺入法观察该药对正常人外周血淋巴细胞及小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化的影响;通过小鼠同种异位心脏移植物存活时间,观察该药对移植物排斥反应的影响。结果:EMC(30μg·ml1~100μg·ml1)对植物血凝素(PHA)诱导的正常人外周血淋巴细胞转化有显著的抑制作用。体内给予EMC(5mg·kg1×6d,ip)对PHA诱导的T淋巴细胞转化有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05),对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的B淋巴细胞转化与对照组没有显著性差异。EMC(5mg,25mg·kg1×6d,ip)未见延长小鼠异体心肌组织移植物的存活期。结论:EMC可抑制PHA诱导的正常人外周血及小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the immunopharmacology of ethyl pmethoxycinnamate(EMC).Method:The effect of EMC on lymphocyte transformation in peripheral blood of healthy subjects and in mouse splenocytes was investigated by means of 3HTdR uptake,and the graft rejection by survival time of myocardiac allograft.Result: In vivo ,EMC(30μg·ml 1 ~100μg·ml 1 ) inhibited markedly the T lymphocyte proliferation induced by PHA.EMC(5mg·kg 1 ×6d,ip) inhibited PHAinduced mouse splenocyte transformation( P <0.05).No influence of LPSinduced splenocyte proliferation was found( P >0.05).In addition,EMC(5mg,25mg·kg 1 ×6d,ip)showed no significant prolongation of survival time of myocardiac allograft.Conclusion:EMC inhibites PHAinduced T lymphocyts transformation in peripheral blood of healthy subjects and mouse splenocytes.
