乙烯对切花菊衰老的调节

【摘要】 经GC检测,切花菊‘黄天寿’衰老期仅有极微量乙烯(ETH)产生,但乙烯前体1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)及乙烯利(ETP)均可诱导其花、叶释放乙烯,并缩短瓶插寿命。瓶插期动态测定表明,ETP可促进叶绿素、可溶性糖及蛋白质的降解,并可被硫代硫酸银(STS)拮抗,STS单独处理与对照无显著差异。结果间接证实,切花菊为ACC欠缺导致乙烯生成障碍的乙烯不敏感类型,但也对外源乙烯产生响应。

【Abstract】 The results by GC determination showed that cut chrysanthemum flower ‘Huang Tian Shou’ could only produce very little ethylene during senescence, and both of ACC, precursor for ethylene, and ethephone (ETP) could induce ethylene evolution in the corolla and leaves and shorten the vaselife. A dynamic determination showed that ETP could accelarate degradations of chlorophyll, soluble protein and sugar during senescence, but the processes accelarated by ETP could be antagonized by STS to a certain degree. Therefore the above results revealed inderectly that the senescence of cut chrysanthemum flower should belong to the type of ethyleneinsensitivity induced by failing to produce ethylene due to ACC deficiency, but the cut flower could still respond to ethylene at higher concentration.
