【摘要】 通过对我国工业企业中现有各种维修方式的分析，着重研究了经济性好的以状态为基准的维修方式（ＣＢＭ），对建立ＣＢＭ维修方式起重要作用的故障间隔时间、维护保养时间、故障排除时间等几个参数，给出了实用的模型设计方法与算法。通过实地调查，采集了有关数据并经过合理筛选作为样本，运用数理统计中的假设检验方法确定各个参数所服从的分布函数，建立起切近实际的数学模型，对模型设计方法和算法进行了验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analysis of all kinds of repair method in our countrys industries, a more economical repair method based on states (CBM) is studied emphatically. The functional method of model building and algorithm are given to the time between failure, the time for maintaining, the time to repair, which is important to the building of CBM. By on the spot investigation, we obtained the related data and took them as sample through the rational sieving. We gave the distribution functions to above parameters with the help of the method of hypothesis inspection in mathematical statistics and built the mathematical models that are more practical.
