聚酰亚胺模型化合物的结构及其热性能的研究
Study of the Structure and Thermal Stability of Model Compound of Polyimides
【摘要】 合成了一系列聚酰亚胺模型化合物,用1H—NMR、13C—NMR和IR等手段对其结构进行了表征,并用TG研究了其热性能与结构之间的关系。研究结果表明,核磁共振数据与红外光谱数据在结构表征方面相吻合。这些化合物都具有较高的热稳定性,当引入亚甲基以后,其热稳定性明显降低。同时,提出了通过研究小分子模型化合物性能而预测其对应的聚酰亚胺高聚物热性能关系的设想,探索出合成聚酰亚胺的新途径
【Abstract】 A series of model compounds of polyimides were synthesized and characterized by 1H—NMR, 13 C—NMR and IR.Their themooxidative stability was characterized by TG.The results show that the nuclear magnetic resonance data are in agreement with IR data for their structure. Furthermore they had the high thermooxidative stability,and their thermooxidative stabilitty decreased markedly with the introduction of the methylene.It also indicates the possibility that study of the property of model compounds can be used to predict the thermal property of their corresponding polyimides polymers and develop the new method of synthesized polyimides.
