氢和氧常压合成过氧化氢的研究

【摘要】 该文研究了在硫酸铜硫酸溶液中,用Pd做催化剂,由H2和O2常压合成H2O2的反应。反应分2步完成,第1步通氢气还原,第2步通空气氧化。结果表明,在常温、常压下,H2O2的生成量与还原时间、氧化时间以及Pd、Cu含量等因素有关。在Pd含量为20~25μmol/L,硫酸铜溶液中Cu2+浓度为10mmol/L时,H2O2的生成量最大,可直接得到3mmol/L的H2O2溶液。

【Abstract】 At atmospheric pressure, the synthesis of hydrogen peroxide in copper sulfate and sulfuric acid solution, with palladium as catalyst, has been studied. The reaction has two steps, the reduction step with hydrogen gas flowing throughout the solution and the oxidation step with air flowing throughout the solution. The results show that, under the atmospheric temperature and pressure, the quantity of produced hydrogen peroxide is related to the reduction time, oxidation time, palladium content and copper ion content and so on. When Pd content is 20~25 μmol/L and the concentration of Cu 2+ ion of copper sulfate solution is 10mmol/L, the maximum quantity of hydrogen peroxide can be produced, and the 3 mmol/L solution of hydrogen peroxide can be obtained directly.
