维生素C、刺梨汁对脂蛋白氧化修饰的抑制作用
THE INHIBITORY EFFECT OF VITAMIN C AND JUICE OF ROSE ROXBURGHII TRATT ON THE OXIDATIVE MODIFICATION OF LIPOPROTEIN
【摘要】 观察了维生素C(VitC)、刺梨汁和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对体外Cu2+氧化脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的抑制作用。实验中采用硫代巴比妥酸活性物质实验(TBARS)和脂蛋白琼脂糖凝胶电泳法分别鉴定脂蛋白的脂质过氧化程度和负电荷的变化。结果表明,VitC和刺梨汁可显著抑制Lp(a)和LDL的氧化,在血浆生理VitC浓度范围内,VitC含量越高,则抗氧化能力越强。提示VitC和刺梨汁中相关成份是脂蛋白氧化的有效抗氧化剂,对动脉粥样硬化(As)的防治具有一定的价值
【Abstract】 We have observed the effect of antioxidants vitamin C,juice of roseroxburghii tratt and superoxide dismutase on the Cu 2+ catalyzcd oxidation of lipoprotein (a) and low density lipoprotein in vitro .The assays of thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and lipoprotein agarose gel electrophoresis were performed to identify the lipid peroxide and the charge change of lipoporotein(a) and low density lipoprotein.The result showed that vitamin C and juice of rose roxburghii tratt could significantly inhibit the modification of lipoprotein.In addition,within the normal vitamin C in plasma range,the higher the level of vitamin C in plasms is ,the greater its antioxidized capacity becomes.This indicates that vitamin C and juice of rose roxburghii tratt are effetctive antioxidants of lipoprotein and have potentially applicable value in preventing atherosclerosis.
