以化学改性木材为骨架的胶粘剂
Ahesives Containing Chemical Modifying Wood as Backbone
【摘要】 木材是不熔不溶的天然复合材料,用纤维素酯化或醚化改性反应对木材进行化学改性,可使木材转化为可熔或可溶的新型高分子材料。某些可信性化学改性木材可用作热熔性胶粘剂或用于制造自粘性木材及微粒板,溶于适当有机溶剂的可溶性化学改性木材可作为活性树脂原料用于制造热固性胶粘剂。木文综述了这方面的研究现状。
【Abstract】 Wood is inmeltab1e and insoluble natural composition material. It can be converted into melatble or soluble new type polymeric materials by means of typical modifying reactions of cellulosic material - esterifications of etherifications. Some meltable chemical modifying wood can be used as hot - melt adhesives or to produce self - bonded wood or partideboard. Some solutions of chemical modifying wood which resoluting in suitable solvents can be used as reactive resin raw materials to produce thermoseting resin adhesives. This paper is reviewed the status of these researches.
