高温合金零厚度光栅制作方法研究
The Manufacture Research of Zero Thickness Grating using for High temperature Inconel Alloy
【摘要】 介绍了零厚度光栅制作方法，其中重点是用电化学刻栅法在高温合金材料试件表面直接刻蚀高密度正交零厚度光栅。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the manufacturing technique of zero thickness grating,specially explains the procedure of electrical chemical method to etch the high density orthogonal zero thickness grating.
