泰和鸡(Gallus gallus domesticus)小肠绒毛微血管构筑
THE MICROVASCULAR ARCHITECTURE OF THE INTESTINAL VILLI OF Gallus gallus domesticus
【摘要】 本文采用墨汁明胶灌注法显示泰和鸡的小肠绒毛微血管构筑。结果表明:起自粘膜下动脉的微动脉分支围绕肠腺形成肠腺周围毛细血管丛(腺丛),再由腺丛汇集成一或数支绒毛微动脉,在绒毛的基部或顶部分支形成绒毛毛细血管网,构成了簇型和喷泉型。绒毛微动脉在顶部与绒毛微静脉有交通支,形成毛细血管前动静脉吻合。绒毛微静脉多支,收集绒毛顶部的毛细血管,笔直延伸到绒毛基部,注入腺丛,再汇入粘膜下静脉。这些绒毛微静脉具有门静脉性
【Abstract】 The microvascular architecture of the small intestinal villi of Gallus gallus domesticus was investigated by the injection method with which gelatin mixed ink.Results showed the arteriole arose from the submucosal artery broke up to form the pericryptal capillary network,then concoursed into one or several tributaries of villi arteriole by the pericryptal plexus.The villi arteriole broke up into villi capillary network at the base or tip of the villi and constituted the tuft pattern and the fountain pattern.There were connecting vessels between the villi arteriole and the villi venule at the tip of the villi,and they form a precapillary arteriovenous anastomosis.The venous drainage was conducted by several straigth venule extending from the tip to the base,continued into the pericryptal plexus,then continued into the submucosal vein,these villi venule had the portal character.
