【摘要】 为探讨乳腺增生症的细胞增殖活性，利用增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA，PC10）单克隆抗体对80例乳腺增生症进行PCNA表达的研究。结果显示；单纯性增生症病变中偶见阳性细胞，且染色较淡；非典型增生症病变中PCNA增殖指数及阳性强度随着增生组别的增高而增大、增强，各级增生组中存在显著差异（P＜0.01）。对照织10例为正常乳腺组织．PCNA为阴性。10例乳腺癌为高指数表达（平均70.4），与不典型增生组相比，差异有显著性（P＜0.01）。提示PCNA指数对评估乳腺增生症病变的上皮增殖活性有一定意义，与常规形态观察的组织学分级价结合，有助了乳腺的良恶性病变的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of proliferative cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) was studied by using a monoclonal antibody(PC10) with immunohistochemistry in 80 cases of proliferative breast diseases. The results showed that a fewweak positive cell of PCNA were observed in simple hyperolasias. Whereas in dysplasia of the breast diseases,PCNA proiferative index and stainable degree of higherhistological grade were higher and stronger than thoseof lower grade. It was found that PCNA staining wasnegative in normal breast tissue, but PCNA index washigher in the breast carcinoma. To compare above re-sults with PCNA index of dysplasia, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0. 01 ). It was suggestedthat PCNA proliferative index gave valuable information in cellular proliferative activity of breast diseases.PCNA index and histologic grade may be useful in differential diagnosis in breast pathology.更多还原
