【摘要】 <正>本文报道了内蒙古新药嘎格日——塔布注射液,对66只失血性休克家兔的保护作用。通过实验研究证实该药物具有扩张血管、解除微静脉痉挛、改善微循环血流和回升血压、提高实验动物存活率的显著作用。 研究方法 本实验的研究方法是随机抽样分为四组,共用家兔158只（由本院动物室提供）,体重1.5—2.4kg,雌雄不拘,室温为20℃左右。1、实验组:即嘎格日—塔布注射液组（采用家兔66只,n=66）;2、对照组1:654—2注射液（Injectio Anisodamini Hydrochloridi）组（n1=32）;3、对照组2:低分子右旋糖酐注射液（Injectio Dex trani 40 et Glucosi）组（n2=30）;4、对照组3:去甲肾上腺素注射液（Injictio Noradrenalin Bitartralis）组（n3=30）。经经典式失血性休克动物造型后,使实验动物动脉血压（BP）保持在5.32Kpa20min,随后进行救治。更多还原

【Abstract】 The therapeutical of a new Inner Mongolia herb, the GAGRI-TABU on 66 cases of bleeding shocked rabbits was reportde in the paper, the GAGRI-TABU is a new injection, which was made from Chinese traditional herb, Angilica Sinenis Diels,Amomum Tsao-Ko Crevost et Lemaire etc. It was reported that this injection can enlarge the coronary artery, improve cardiac function, diminish peripheral resistance of vessel, it also inhibit thrombocyte gathering and thrombosis. Our experiments showed that GAGRI-TABU can convulsing microvenous, improve microcirculation, increase blood flow of tissues and blood pressure will revert to normal level after treating with it.
