【Abstract】 Specific polyclonal antisera against polygalacturonase inhibiting protein （PGIP） in wheat have been obtained. The specificity and crossreaction of antibodies were determined in dou-ble immunodiffusion. The titer of antisera was determined by using double immunodiffusion. 1. 95 ?10^-9mg PGIP and 3. 125 ?10^-4mg PGIP could be examined by dot immunobinding assay and countercurrent immunoelectrophoresis. The dot immunobinding assay of PGIP in plant tis-sues has been built. The significance of antisera against PGIP was discussed.更多还原
