【Abstract】 In making multi-target decision among limited programmes, the policymaking matrix provides all the information for the ordering of the programmes. This paper makes full use of the information provided by the policy-making matrix. It adds weight to the standardized policy-mak-ing matrix and regards each corresponding weight-added target as of the same importance and finally gets the collected multi-target ordering of programmes after ordering with each momo-target.更多还原
