以氨化麦秸为基础的肉牛高效育肥技术研究

【摘要】 本试验将秸杆氨化技术与增重剂联合应用,配合以专用复合添加剂,选用30头2岁以下的夏黄杂一代公牛进行了为期100d的肥育饲养试验,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和对照组平均日增重分别为1210g、1050g和875g,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验I组极显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.01),同时显著提高了精料转化率和肥育饲养的经济效益,对肥育肉牛进行屠宰测定和胴体评定,平均屠宰率为58.0%,净肉率为48.6%,眼肌面积为87.5cm~2,肉质良好,达到了优质肉牛的标准。

【Abstract】 Straw ammoniation technology and a liveweight gaining agent were jointly used in combination with a special compound additive. A 100 - day - long fattening experiment was conducted with 30 head of charolais X yellow cattle F1 bulls at below two years of age. Average daily gain for treatments 1,2 and the control was 1210,1050 and 875 g respectively. Average daily gain was very significantly higher( p<0.01) in treatments 1 and 2 than in the control, and also very significantly higher(P<0. 01) in treatment 1 than in treatment 2. In addition, concentrated feed efficiency was significantly improved, and economic returns enhanced. Fattened beef cattle were slaughtered for measurements, and cattle carcases evaluated. Dressing percentage averaged 57.8%, meat percentage 46.7 % , and eye muscle area 87. 9cm2. Beef was of good quality and up to the standard for high- quality beef.
