基于遗传算法的模糊控制器分析
ANALYSIS OF FUZZY CONTROLLERS VIA GENETIC ALGORITHMS
【摘要】 采用遗传算法,考察了不同模糊算子和模糊决策方法对控制器动静态性能的影响.大量仿真研究表明,在查询表式的模糊控制中,采用不同的模糊算子和决策方法对模糊控制器性能有一定影响,但通过比例因子的优化,它们之间的性能差别可大大缩小.因此,对采用查询表的模糊控制来说,比例因子的优化比模糊算子的选择更重要.
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the influences of different fuzzy operators and defuzzification methods on the dynamic and static performances of the fuzzy controllers using genetic algorithms. According to the vast simulation studies, the paper concludes that for the look-up-table fuzzy control, the slight differences of these fuzzy operators and defuzzification methods can be greatly made up by optimizing the scale factors. Therefore, it is more important to select optimal scale factors than optimal fuzzy operators.
