【摘要】 本文对1962～1992年应用对偶三角组织瓣法修复单侧唇裂的患者,进行了200例远期随访,其优良率达92.5%。通过临床观察结果,我们认为,改进的上对偶三角组织瓣法修复单侧唇裂,在延长患侧上唇长度、术后唇部外形的恢复等方面,均优于其它同类的方法。本文还对唇裂修复时同期整复鼻部畸形、以及修复唇裂时应注意口轮匝肌的重建等问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported 200 cases follow up long time,that repair unilateral cleft lip with paired triangular tissue flap in 1962～1992.The satisfactory ratio arrived 92.5%. We think that apptyod upper paired triangular tissue flap to repair unilateral cleft lip is better than others in the enlongate the length and the normal shape nearly after operation,this paper discussed that repair the cleft lip and the correction the nasal deformity is in same stage.and the question of functional reconstruction of orbicuiaris oris.更多还原
