【摘要】 对20例上颌发育不足的骨性Ⅲ类错(?)儿童采用上颌前牵引治疗并进行治疗前后的 X-线片的测量研究。目的在于观察分析矫治后面部软组织形态的变化及稳定性。结果表明,牵引治疗后侧貌明显得到改善,G-Sn-Pg′从1.27°增至5.63°;下部面高及下唇长度增加。治疗结束时同治疗两年后比较显示,各项测量结果基本稳定,侧面形态的改善与上唇厚度无明显天系。更多还原

【Abstract】 A cephalometric study was made of a group of 20 children(male 15 female 5),mean age is 9 years 10 months.They are all skeletal Ⅲ maloccusion and were treated with maxillary protraction appliance. The objects of this study were to survey and analysis the soft tissue changes and the stability.Lateral cephalo- metric film were taken at start,end and two years after treatment.The results indicate:the profile have changed effectivcly,G-Sn-Pg’change from 1.27 to 5.63,the lower face height increased and get more upper and lower lip length.From comparsion the data between end and two years we find the treatment results is more stable.There is no increase of the thinkness of lips and the profile changes is not the composition of the lip thinkness.更多还原
