拉伸法微孔聚烯烃中空纤维膜原纤熔纺过程的数值模拟分析(Ⅰ)——聚丙烯
Numerical simulation of stretch-made micro-porous polyolefin hollow precursor fibre melt-spun process(Ⅰ)——Polypropylene
【摘要】 通过建立数学模型对微孔聚烯烃中空纤维膜原纤的纺织过程进行数值模拟分析.该模型经实验证实是有效的.对基本纺丝模式进行分析后,得到了对指导实际纺丝操作的一些有益的规律.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a mathematical model describing downward hollow fibre melt-spinning process with self-suction of feeding gas at a controlled pressure tube-in-orifice spinnerette was presented.It was verified by experimental data.Through the analysis of computational calculation results,some helpful rules were obtained for practical stretch-made hollow precursor fibre melt-spinning operation.
