【摘要】 对泡沫水泥新材料进行了系列配方试验,研制出适用于井下冒落空洞充填等用途泡沫水泥新配方,分析了水泥品种、泡沫剂、促凝剂、稳泡剂等因素对制备泡沫水泥的影响。根据实验结果和用扫描电镜对泡沫材料微观形态的观察结果,提出稳泡剂应具有的分子结构特性。介绍了新材料的主要技术性能参数。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sevenfoam cement formulations in three series are present-ed, which can be used in various situations to meet dif-ferent technical specifications. The effect factors suchas cement grade, foaming agent, coagulant and foamstabilizer etc. on foam cement qualities are discussed.An aqueous polymer is introuced to promote foam ce-ment strength and stability greatly. Based nn the ex-perimental and obsevering results of foam cementstructure by scanning electronic microscope, the foam stabilizing mechanism is discussed in detail.更多还原
