镍浸出液深度净化除铜研究

【摘要】 镍浸出液用活性硫深度净化除铜是一项新尝试,本文研究了活性硫的制备与活性硫除铜的机理,考查了酸度,温度,反应时间及活性硫加入量等试验条件,获得了镍浸出液含铜低于2ppm、废渣中铜镍比小于100:1的试验结果。

【Abstract】 The deep purification of Nickel solution was widely studied in the world. It is a new attempt to use the activite sulfur for the deep purification of removing copper and it cowld had a very good useful prospect. The experiment mainly researched the condition of removing copper, such as, acidity, temperature and amount of activite sulfur. The results showed that the residue copper was less than 2ppm and the slag ratio(Cu:Ni) was 100:1.
