新疆原油直馏油汽-液平衡数据的测定与计算
DETERMINATION & CALCULATION OF VAPOR-LIQUID EQUILIBRIUM DATA OF STRAIGHT-RUN DISTILLATES FROM XINJIANG CRUDE OIL
【摘要】 采用自建的流动型常、减压汽-液平衡(VLE)实验装置,进行了新疆原油小于350℃馏分油在常压和不同温度下以及大于350℃重油在不同压力和不同温度下的平衡汽化实验,实测了每25℃的假组分的密度和分子量等相应物性数据,经多元逐步回归得到ki的关联式,并用以进行泡点、露点、平衡闪蒸温度与汽化率的计算,取得了较满意结果。
【Abstract】 Equilibrium flash experiments of distillate < 350℃ at atmospheric pressure and various tempera tures as well as of distillate >350 C at various pressures and various temperatures for Xinjiang crude oil were con ducted on the atmospheric-vacuum vapor-liquid equilibrium experimental unit. Physical properhes such as density and molecular welght of the pseudo-fractions between every 25 C interval were detendned. The ki correlation equa tion was developed by multi-variant step-by-step regression and satisfactory results were obtained in the calculations of bubble point, dew point, equilibrium flash temperature as well as vaporization rate.
