【摘要】 作者报导了广州卫生检疫国际旅行保健服务中心自1995年10月至1996年1月进行入出境人员监测体检心电图检查发现的情况,共检查了5,108名,检出异常心电力图306例,检出率为5.99%,其中心肌电位异常208例,以心肌劳累为多见;心脏传导性异常55例,以不完全性右束支传导阻滞为多数;心脏自律性异常43人,以交界性早搏为多见。作者针对以上检查结果,指出对检出有心电图异常人员,特别是60岁以上的出国旅行人员,有必要进行有的放矢的旅行医学指导,以确保旅行健康。作者对心房肥大、左心室肥厚、心肌劳累、左室高血压、陈旧性心肌梗塞、束支传导阻滞、心律失常的心电图表现及其临床意义进行了分析与总结,这些可作国际旅行保健咨询服务工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author reported the results of ECG abnormal finding from 5,108 persons entering or leaving the territory at the center of Health Service for International Traveller of Guang Zhou Health and Quarantine Bureau from October 1995 to January 1996. Among them, 306 ECG abnormal cases were found and the finding rate was 5.99%. The abnormal ECG finding included as follows: (A) 208 cases were abnormality of myocardial potential, most of them were involvement of myocardium. (B) 55 cases were abnormality of block, most of them were RBBB. (C) 43 cases were abnormality of automaticity, most of them were PN. According to the above examination results, the author pointed out that it was necessary to give travelling health instruction and consultation to the travellers with the abnormal ECG, especially for the aged over 60 years old. The author also analyzed and summarized the ECG representation and clinic importance of some disease, such as atriomegaly, left ventricular hypertrophy involvement of myocardium, left ventricular hypertension, old myocardial infarction bundle branch block arrhythmia, all these were useful for international travelling health care consultation and service.更多还原
