【摘要】 用解毒护肝冲剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎3月后．乙肝病毒复制指标HBeAg、HBV－DNa转阴的45例乙肝患者进行两年追访并与复肝康治疗组对照，结果发现：解毒护肝冲剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎在恢复肝功能、清除乙肝病毒复制指标HBeAg、HBV－DNA方面，具有疗效稳定持久，复发率低等特点；且同期比较，肝功异常复发率、HbeAg与HBV－DNA复转阳单，均显著低于复肝康冲剂治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 45 patients with HBV hepatitis whose HBV reproductive indexes such as HBeAg and HBV-DNA han turned negative after treatment were followed up for two years and compared with Fugandang treatment group. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of Jiedu hugan chongji in treating chronic HBV hepatitis was more stable, the recurrent rate of liver function turning abnormal and the rate of HBeAg and HBV-DNA turning positive were obviously lower than that of the Fu-gankang treatment group over the same period.更多还原
