【Abstract】 The recombinant plasmid pE3-mMt-I-cDNA was seperated, purified and identifiedin the paper.It was confirmed that the target gene mMt-I was clonied into the Bgl II site of poantbinary expression vector pE3-mMT-I gene transformed Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 bythe triparental mating. The result of the colony hybridization showed that the Agrobacteriumtumetbciencs LBA4404 contained the target gene mMT-I cDNA.更多还原
