【摘要】 湖南省20所综合医院1983－1993年的急性心肌梗塞（AMI）住院患者1023例，男女之比为2．68：1，平均年龄61．9±9．9岁，女性发病年龄约比男性大5岁。既往罹患高血压病与冠心病者分别占43．3％与37．7％。以胸痛为首发症状者占86．1％。前壁与下壁梗塞者分别占49．9％与32．2％。死亡155例（15．2％），男女死亡率分别为13．7％与19．7％。主要死因心脏骤停（34．8％）、心衰（36．1％）与休克（23．2％）。更多还原

【Abstract】 1023 pitients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) from 20 hospital were reviewed retrospectively. The male female ratio was 2.68:1. Mean age was 61.9 ± 9.9years. Women were about 5 years older than men.The patients who had history of hypertension and coronary artery disease respectively were 43.3% and 37.7% .86.1% patients who had chest pain at initial onset. The patients with anterior and inferior myocardial infarction were 49. 7% and 32. 2%, respoectirely. 155 cases (15.2% ) died. Major causes of death were cardiac arrest, heart failure and shock.更多还原
