【Abstract】 The losses of dry matters and protein of rapeseed meal as well as the information for separating the hull and meal when the rapeseed meal was treated by the liquid solution (CaCl 2) and ethylene dichloride were determined. The results showed that the contents of concentrated rapeseed protein could reach 60% and the protein yield could amount to 20% in weight of the whole repeseed when treated by ethylene dichlorid.更多还原
