【Abstract】 The rapeseed meal, from which more than 90% of thioglucoside are removed, can be produced from the rapeseed of Ling You No.7 through double liquid phase extraction.The screening and liquid separating process can be used to remove the hull from the rapeseed meal in order to improve the nutritional value of the meal and to produce the concentrated protein with high quality.
