【摘要】 试验按1ml／kg的剂量使用山苍子油，按5ml／kg剂量使用菜油、小麻油、花椒油、棉油拌绿豆，对四纹豆象的防治效果达到100％。其持续防护有效期可达300d．植物油对四纹豆象的作用方式是抑制卵孵化或阻止成虫产卵。试验得出各种油的有效使用量为5ml／kg。更多还原

【Abstract】 In laboratory , 1ml/kg, 5ml/kg, 8ml/kg oils of cole─seed. prickly ash seed. sesame.cotton─seed, celangulin and pheasanl popper seed were used to mix with mung bean.Then, the treated mung beans were infected with 10 ♀×♂ pair cowpea weevil adunlts which were lday old. At 28 ±3℃75±5 ％RH,the results revealed:at a dose of 1ml /kg,effective control of pheasanl pepper seed oil was the most marked among 6 kinds of oils after 60 days of treatment,percentage of gram weight loss 1. 25 ％ whiIe untreated sample was 43. 25 ％,secord was prickly ash seed oil; third was cole─seed: cotton─seed and sesame oils were less effective. At a dose 5ml/kg,all of oils were effective. Percentage of mung bean weight loss was 0 after 240 days of treatment; the study informed that oils of these plant seeds influenced embryonic development of cowpea wccvil. the treatment eggs period was prolonged, embryonic development was abnormal. The oils of plant seeds were low cost, local availability, safty to the environment. there is no residual problem. So The oils can be used for controlling cowpea weevil at dose of 5ml/kg更多还原
