添加AIN对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷力学性能和显微组织的影响

【摘要】 试验研究结果表明,适量加入AlN能够提高Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的抗弯强度和硬度.原因是烧结中AlN发生了分解,在粘结相中形成强化相γ’,从而强化了粘结相.

【Abstract】 The effect of addition of A1N on the bending strength and hardness of Ti(C,N) based cermets has been studied in this paper. The results have shown that the appropriate addition of A1N can increase the bend-ing strength and hardness of cermets, and the reason is mainly due to the dissolution of A1N in cermets, in which case the strengthening phase, γ’, is formed in the binder, hence strengthen the binder.
