花椰菜钙调素和兔抗花椰菜钙调素的初步应用研究

【摘要】 用花椰菜CaM和兔抗花椰菜CaM建立了定量测定人血清中抗CaM自身抗体的间接ELISA方法.兔抗花椰菜CaM和兔抗牛脑CaM对花椰菜CaM有基本相同的亲和力.用花椰菜CaM和牛脑CaM作为检测抗原,测定人血清中抗CaM自身抗体得到同样的结果.临床检测142例多种疾病患者血清的结果显示,抗CaM自身抗体水平升高与类风湿性关节炎、全身性红斑狼疮、肝硬化、过敏性紫癜等疾病有密切关系

【Abstract】 An Indirect ELISA method of deteriming quantitatively anticalmodulin autoantibody in human sera was set up by applying cauliflower CaM and rabbit antiserum against cauliflower CaM. There were identifiable affinities between cauliflower CaM and two rabbit antisera against cauliflower CaM and bovine brain CaM. The same results were obtained from determining anticalmodulin autoantibody in human sera by using cauliflower CaM and bovine brain CaM as test antigens. Sera samples of 142 patients who were afflicted with various diseases were determined. The results showed that there were close relations including between the rise of the level of anticalmodulin autoantibody and the diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, cirrhosis of the liver and allergic purpura.
