【摘要】 375例早孕妇女,分组用po米非司酮片单用或合用米索前列醇片,观察其终止早孕的临床疗效.结果:115例1次单用米非司酮600mg po组,52例停经天数≤35d者,完全流产率为88.0%;110例合用米索前列醇片600μg po,20例停经天数≤34d者,完全流产率为94.1%,可见合并用药明显提高了抗旱孕的效果(P<0.05).另外,150例又分为3个小组po不同剂量的米非司酮,并合用米索前列醇600μg,各组间完全流产率无显著差异.更多还原

【Abstract】 375 early pregnancy cases accepted mifepristone tablet and/or misoprostol tablet in groups at different methods and doses. In 115 cases,in which 52 cases amenorrhea ≤34d,accepted single 600mg mifepristone (group Ⅰ) and 110 cases,in which 20 cases amenorrhea ≤34d, accepted mifepristone 600mg and misoprostol 600mg (group Ⅱ). The complete abortion ratio in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was 88.0% and 94.1% respectively (P<0. 05).
