【Abstract】 Purpose: To study the P53 gene expressin in different tyes of stomach cancer cells and evaluate the malignant de-gree of the turmor. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed in various types of stomach cancer by a standard a-vidin-biotin-peroxidase(ABC) technique. Results: The expression of P53 gene in hepatoid adenocarcinoma of stomach was higher than other types of gastric carcinoma. Conclusion: Examining P53 gene expression in stomach adenocarcinoma especidlly in the hepatoid adenocacinoma possessed an important significance in evaluating therapeutic effect and its prognosis.更多还原
