原发性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中P16基因的纯合性丢失
Homozygous deletion of P16 gene in primary epithelial ovarian neoplsams
【摘要】 目的:探讨p16基因的纯合性丢失和原发性上皮性卵巢癌发生及发展的相关性。方法:本文采用PCR技术,分别检测了41例原发性上皮性卵巢癌、10例交界性及19例良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤p16基因的纯合性丢失。结果:70例原发性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中p16基因纯合性丢失率为20.0%(14/70),且此14例均为恶性,故原发性上皮性卵巢癌发生p16基因的纯合性丢失的频率为34.1%,其中以未分化型为最高达50.0%(6/12),而良性和交界性卵巢肿瘤无一例出现丢失(P<0.05),按FIGO分期,卵巢癌的基因的纯合性丢失频率Ⅰ期为16.7%、Ⅱ期为31.2%、Ⅲ期为42.8%、Ⅳ期为40.0%。结论;p16基因的纯合性丢失可能与卵巢癌的发生相关,并在早期及中晚期之间存在一定差异。
【Abstract】 Purpose:To research the association between homozygous deletion of P16 gene and primary epithelial ovarian neo-plasms. Methods: 41 samples of primary epithelial ovarian cancers, 10 borderline and 19 benign epithelial ovarian neoplasms were determined with PCR methods. Results:Homozygous deletion of P16 gene occurred in 14 to 70(20. 0% ) cases of primary epithe-lial ovarian tumors, while 14 of 41 (34.1%) were malignant. There was no homozygous deletion of P16 gene to be detected in borderline and benign epithelial ovarian tumors. In terms of FIGO staging, homozygous deletion of the PI6 gene were detected in 6 cases(16. 7%) in stage I ,16 cases(31. 2%) in stage Ⅱ ,14 cases(42. 8%) in stageⅢ ,and 5 cases(40. 0%) in stage Ⅳ ovarian cancers. Conclusion:These results suggest that homozygous deletion of the PI6 gene is probably associated with the onset of pri-mary epithelial ovarian cancers. However,the difference between various stages of ovarian cancers remains to be studied.
