【摘要】 目的探讨自体结膜移植术在眼部烧伤治疗中的应用价值。方法应用自体结膜移植术联合角膜移植术治疗20例单眼眼部烧伤患者，术后随访1．5～24（平均7．55±2．39）个月。结果术后盲目率显著下降（P＜0．01），角膜植片透明率为75％，PCED发生率为23％，角膜新生血管复发率为25％。结论手术对键眼具有安全性。应用自体结膜移植术联合角膜移植术治疗单眼眼部烧伤患者，可减少术后并发症、提高手术成功率．具有较好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate clinically the value of conjunctival autograft transplanttion for ocular burns.Methods The combinated surgery of conjunctival auto-graft transplantation and keratoplasty was performed on 20 cases (20 eyes). The duration of follow - up varied from 1. 5 to 24 months(means 7. 55±2. 39 months). Re-sults The blind rate was significantly decreased(P< 0.01), the corneal graft transparent rate was 75%, the occurence rate of PCED was 25%,the recurrence rate of the corneal neovasculerication was 25%. and no any complications on the opposite eye were found. Conclu-sion Conjunctival autograft transplantation help to minimize the postoperative complications, increase the success rate of keratoplasty for ocular burns, so it is a effective method for ocular unilateral burns.更多还原
