【摘要】 目的探讨采用自体角膜缘部上皮移植（limbalautografttansplantation，LAT）治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果和有效机制。方法采用LAT治疗58例（58眼）复发性翼状胬肉。结果除1眼再次复发，其余57眼均获满意效果。随访1年以上，未见胬肉样组织（结膜源性组织）长入角膜，视力也均有不同程度提高。结论自体角膜缘上皮移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉为受损的角膜缘提供了新的干细胞来源，是一种有推广意义的新术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Probe into the clinical result and effective mechanism by transplanting auto - corneal limbus epithelium (TALE) for treating relapsing pterygium.Methods Treat 58 cases (58 eyes) of relapsing pterygium by Adopting TALE. Results Except that one eye relapsed,all the other 57 eyes got satisfactory results.Having been observed for more than one year after operation,no pterygial tissue (conjuntival tissue)grew intocornea. The eyesights have improved in varying. Conclusion The transplantation of auto - corneal limbus epithelum for treating relapsing pterygium provides new sources of stem cells for injured corneae limbus.It is a new operational method that is worthy of being spreaded.更多还原
