【摘要】 对42例绝经前子宫全切的患者行激素替代疗法治疗。结果：治疗1个周期后，全部病例的临床症状得到明显改善．治疗3个月周期后．血钙水平增加．碱性磷酸酶，尿钙／尿Cr．血总胆固醇与甘油三酯均降低。提示：替代疗法可以改善绝经前子宫全切患者的临床症状、钙磷代谢及血脂代谢。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author has analysed 42 cases on premenopause after total hysterectomy with hormone substitute therapy. The results are that the clinical symptoms are obviously reduced after 30 days; serum calcium is increased; AKP, urine Ca/Cr ratio, Tc and TG are all decreased after 90 days. Then the author realizes that hormone substitute therapy can improve clinical symptoms, metabolism of calcium, phosphorus and lipid of the patients who are on premenopause and after total hysterectomy.更多还原
