【摘要】 重点研究消化性溃疡（Pu）中幽门螺杆菌（HP）与前列腺素E₂（PGE2）和表皮生长因子（EGF）之间的关系。胃镜证实良性消化性溃疡39例,HP均为阳性,男26例,女13例,平均年龄41.2岁,接受德诺、弗莱莫新、灭滴灵“三联”治疗。停药4周后复查胃镜了解PU和HP的治疗情况,并在治疗前和复查后分别给患者抽血2ml用放免方法检测PGE2和EGF的变化情况,结果HP根除前PGE₂高于正常组,EGF低于正常组;HP根除后,PGE₂和EGF均接近正常。说明HP的存在不仅起着溃疡的致病作用,而且影响保护胃肠粘膜的胃肠激素水平,同时可将PGE₂和EGF作为判断根除HP的疗效指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Relationship between helicobacter pylori (HP) and prostuglandin E2 (PGE2), epidermal grouth factor(EGF)in patierts with peptic ulcer was emphasized in the article. The thirty nine cases with benign peptic ulcers and HP postive were approved by gastroendoscop. Among whom 26 were male and 13 female. Average age 41.2. Combination therapy with three drugs. Colloid bismuth subcitrate (De-nol), amoxicillin (flemox-in) and metronidazole were used. Four weeks after finishing this treatment. The therapeutic effects for peptie ulcer and HP infection were evaluated by gastroendoscop. In the meantine, blood was drew from each case and the changes of PGE2. EGF were detected by radioimmunoassay before the treatment and after the reexamination. Results show that PGE2 before HP eradication was higher and EGF lower than that of control group. After HP eradication, PGE2 and EGF were approaching normal. It suggests that the presence of HP not only play role in the pathogenesis of ulcer, but also influence the level of gastrointestinal hormone which protect the gastrointestinal mucosa. PGE2 and EGF might be a standard to evaluate the therapeutic effect of HP eradication.更多还原
