【摘要】 为探讨冠心病心绞痛与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（NIDDM）患者血栓前状态与血栓形成的关系及其机理，对20例稳定型心绞痛（SA）、26例不稳定型心绞痛（UA）、20例NIDDM、21例UA＋NIDDM患者及20例正常人的血浆vonWillebrand因子（vWF：Ag）、血浆血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白（GMP－140），血浆D-二聚体（D－Dimer）水平以及尿纤维蛋白肽A（FPA）进行检测。结果显示，不同类型的心绞痛和NIDDM及UA＋NIDDM患者以上指标均发生不同程度的变化，说明心绞痛和NIDDM等患者均有不同程度的血栓形成倾向或血栓形成。提示心绞痛和NIDDM患者可能有共同的血栓前状态的发病机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the relations and mechanism on prethrombotic state and thrombosis of angina and non-insulin-dependent diabe tes mellitus (NIDDM), the levels of plasma von Willebrand (vWF:Ag),GMP-140,D-Dimer and urine Fibrinopeptide A (FPA) were determined in hospitalized patients (20 stable angina pectoris,SA; 26 unstable angina pectoris,UA ; 20 NIDDM ; 21 UA+NiiD DM) and 20 normal controls. The results showed that different changes existed in the levels of these indexes between SA and UA and NIDDM and UA complicated NIDDM The study suggests that coronary heart disease (CHD) and NIDDM have the same pathogenesis of prethrombotic state.更多还原
