【摘要】 为寻求一种良好抗返流的肝肠吻合的方式，在动物试验（狗）的基础上，对4例成人胆总管囊肿行连同囊肿在内的胆总管切除，并行带蒂回盲段间置、肝管十二指肠吻合术。随访5个月至4年，经上消化道钡餐检查无一例间置肠管内返流，而且病人症状全消。提出该术式提供了抗返流的生理性瓣膜，是胆肠吻合中有效的抗返流的较佳术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 To creat a good anti-reflux methods for hepatic portoenterostomy,according to our successful experiments on dogs, we have applied hepatic porto-ileoceco-duodenostomy with interpositions of pedicled ileocecal segment on 4 cases of adult choledochal cyst. Good effects were ascertained during the following 5 months to 4 years after operation. It is indicated that this method offers a physiological antireflux valve and thus satisfying anti-reflux effect as well.更多还原
