【摘要】 本文对功能性消化不良(FD)病人组(32例)和键康志愿组(32例),进行EPQ,SCL—90测试,发现FD组EPQ测验中E、N量表分别与对照组存在明显差异(P<0.05),SCL—90测验中躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、忧郁四项因子分别与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),说明功能性消化不良病人性格内倾且情绪较不稳定,存在负性情绪,故在临床治疗中在应用消化道促动力药及制酸剂的同时要注重心理治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study determined functional dyspepsia group(32 cases) and controls gruop (32 cases) with EPQ.SCL-90 respectively. The results showed that E and N scale scores of EPQ in futctional dyspepsia groua and controls group had significant difference (P<0. 05), and so did the factor scores of somatization, people relationship, anxiety and depression. Its indicated personality of patients with functional dyspepsia was introversion and the e-motion was unstabilization, which had negative emotion.
