【摘要】 分析26例在旅行中突发精神障碍,本病多发生于农民打工者。躯体疲劳、严重丧失睡眠、饥饿、缺少饮水、长途旅行、列车拥挤为其发病因素。临床表现以敏感多疑、被害妄想、关系妄想、惊恐反应、意识障碍、行为异常、冲动伤人为主要症状,缓解迅速。认为属于旅途精神病者19例,旅途诱发精神分裂症者7例。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author analysed 26 cases psychonosema breaking out in journey. The results showed that the disease attacked commonly peasants who went out for job. The invasion factcrs in journey included tiredness .sleeplessness,hunger, thirst and crowd in train. The main clinical symptoms were sensitiveness,doubt ,persecution delusion ,reference delusion,panic reaction.consciousness disorder and dystropy, which remitted rapidly. The author thought that 19 cases belonged to tour psgchosis and the rest were schizophrenia.更多还原
