【摘要】 研究了１５例子宫肌瘤切除术患者应用０．７５％布比卡因硬膜外麻醉血浆心钠素（ＡＮＰ）和肾素活性（ＰＲＡ）、血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡⅡ）－醛固酮（ＡＬ）系统（ＲＡＡＳ）的变化及相互调控。结果表明，血浆ＡＮＰ水平在麻醉１０ｍｉｎ后各时点明显低于麻醉前（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＰＲＡ在麻醉１０ｍｉｎ后亦明显低于麻醉前（Ｐ＜０．０１），而ＡⅡ和ＡＬ无显著改变（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示０．７５％布比卡因硬膜外麻醉行子宫切除术ＡＮＰ和ＲＡＡＳ的变化，在维持和调节有效循环血量及外周血管阻力中发挥着重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifteen patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy with 0 75% bupivacaine epidural anesthesia (EA) were studied to observe the alterations of the levels of plasma atral natriuretic peptide (ANP), renin activity(PRA), angistensin Ⅱ(AⅡ) and aldosterone (AL) systems (RAAS). The results show that the level of the ANP of patients at every time points after EA 10 minutes was significantly lower than that befor EA (P<0 05) and so was the level of PRA (P<0 01), while no significant change of the AⅡ and AL levels was observed. It is concluded that the change of the levels of ANP and RAAS in the patients undergoing hysterectomy with 0 75% bupivacaine EA plays an important role in maintaining and regulating effective circulatory blood volume and peripheral vessels resistance.更多还原
