【摘要】 为探索治疗尖锐湿疣的新方法，应用病毒唑、利多卡因局部注射加部分剪除治疗阴茎尖锐湿疣20例，除1例波及尿道舟状窝复发外，治愈19例，有效率为95％。对其治疗机理进行分析讨论，认为此法具有局部用药浓度高、抗病毒强之作用，是治疗尖锐湿疣的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 For researching a new method of curing acute condyloma,the ribavirin with lidocaine in local injection was applied and supplied with the method of partial cutting to cure acute condyloma on penis for 20 cases. Apart from one case that the patient suffered from recurrence in the part of fossa navicularis urethrae,the rest of 19 cases were cured,the effectiveness rate reaches 95%. The results showed that the method had an action of concentrating medicine in local part and stronger action against virus. And was a effective method of treating acute condyloma.更多还原
