GIC衬垫对复合树脂粘接强度的影响
GIC Liner influencing bond strength of composite resin restorations
【摘要】 本实验应用玻璃离子粘固剂(GIC)和光敏固化氢氧化钙作衬垫材料,观察其对复合树脂与牙本质间粘接强度的影响,结果表明采用GIC衬垫后.能明显增强复合树脂与牙本质间的粘接强度,而光敏固化氢氧化钙反而降低其粘接强度。各组间差别均极显著(P<0.01)。采用GIC衬垫方法,以距充填体表面0.5毫米组粘接强度最大,明显高于其它组(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 Bond strength between composite and dentine was influenced with Glass-ionomer cements(GIC)liner and light Curing calcium hydroxide liner.It was increased in GIC liner group and decreased in light curing calcium hydroxide.The difference was significant in each group (P<0.01).The best bond strength was GIC liner group that GIC was placed to be within about 0.5mm from the restoration cover.The bond strength of this group was higher than that of the other group (P<0.01).
